This has been fully completed, now I'm just detaching and wiping the temporary 2tb drive used for the migration.
Then the physical host will go offline for 5 minutes to be moved off the workbench back into the rack.

The media library on au-cont-02 is being copied to another disk so that we can wipe au-cont-02s current bootdisk which is a single 6tb hdd.
We're wiping it to setup a new vm with its bootdisk stored on local nvme storage, attach the 6tb hdd from the original vm and also the other disk then migrate the media store back onto the 6tb hdd.
This is because having everything (os, metadata & media store) on a hdd makes the Jellyfin and Komga uis sluggish. Using local nvme storage for cache and metadata while keeping hdds for bulk media store means uis will be super snappy and media will load at a bearable speed, plus the boot disk will be small enough to backup to the vm backup server.
